Former Use: The site was previously used a parking lot from at least the 1960s until it was demolished in 2006. Numerous vehicles were apparent during that time period. From 2006 to present, the site has remained a vacant lot. The immediate past owner was CRA/LA, who owned the site from 2006 to 2013. The site was transferred to the City of Los Angeles on 5/24/2013. The current owner, City of Los Angeles has completed a PHI and no further investigation is necessary.
