Former Use: According to the historical reports, the site was undeveloped in 1908. According to the Sanborn maps, historical aerial photographs, and city directories, 3707 2nd Avenue was a creamery in 1929, Leebern Furniture in 1931 and 1936, and a Skinner�s furniture store from 1941 to 1991. The site was later Discount Fabrics in 2002 and Discount Fabrics and Game Outlet from 2005 to 2014. The residential structure at 3703 2nd Avenue was constructed by at least 1931 and was demolished between 1950 and 1955 and the furniture building was expanded. The residential structure at 3619 2nd Avenue was constructed by at least 1931 and was demolished after 2002 and a parking lot was constructed. The residential structure at 3617 2nd Avenue was constructed by at least 1921 and was demolished after 2017. The site was owned by Fuller Psalmond Investments, LLC.
