Additional Property Attributes

This site is located in Hempfield Township south of Greenville Borough. It consists of two flat parcels on each site of State Route 58. The site was among those deemed as a priority development site in the regional comprehensive plan. It has been cleared of vehicles and the current owner is interested in divesting the property.

Former Use: According to the historical document review, the Property was vacant up until circa 1958. From circa 1958 to circa 2017, the Property was utilized as Frank Crash Auto Wrecking, an automobile recycling facility.
