Additional Property Attributes

The Property encompasses 0.24 acres and has been improved with an approximately 1,012-ft2 one-story commercial building. The current owner of the Property is Western Pacific Property LLC, which reportedly purchased the Property in 2016 from the owners of a flower shop business (Kathy�s Roses) that formerly operated at the Site. The Property owner currently uses the one-story commercial building as an office for their property management, real estate sales and maintenance operations. The City of Hoquiam zoning designation for the Property is C1 � General Commercial District.

Former Use: The Property appears to have been developed between 1953, when the Property was shown on an aerial photograph to be vacant land within a residential area of Hoquiam, and 1957, when the Property is listed in a city directory as being occupied by Binger�s Gas Station No. 7.
