Additional Property Attributes

At least 15 drums and containers were staged inside with used oil waiting to be recycled or incinerated in the furnace. A 300-gallon above ground storage tank (AST) associated with the furnace, and containing waste oil, is also present. , the storage and handling of petroleum products and automotive related chemicals associated with the former and current use of the property as an auto repair facility, has the potential to have resulted in impacts to the subsurface, and is therefore considered a REC at the property.

Former Use: The Site was used as a general store in the 1890s, an auto repair facility (1920s), a toy and cabinet manufacturer (1930s), and an auto repair shop (from the 1960s to 2017). An auto repair facility with one UST operated on the property in the 1920�s, and again in the 1960�s to present. Building in poor condition and at risk of collapse.
