Additional Property Attributes

"A Phase I ESA conducted by SES Environmental (SES), dated December 22, 2017, identified the following recognized environmental conditions (RECs) in connection with the Property: Previous environmental reports identified a large pile of coal ash, generated during manufacturing operations, that was located on the north adjacent property and extended onto the northern portion of the site. No sampling/disposal records were available for review. The potential exists for the release of contaminants including metals and/or polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) to the Property. Records indicate that a 5,000-gallon gasoline underground storage tank (UST) was properly closed through removal and sampling in 1992. However, a 30,000-gallon diesel aboveground storage tank (AST) located on the northwest portion of the site and a 275-gallon gasoline AST located near the office building on the southwest portion of the site were once present, but there are no records of removal. "

Former Use: Initially developed in 1904 by the Medora Shale Brick Company. Transferred ownership in 1924, operated until 1992 as the Medora Brick Company, remaining vacant since.
