Additional Property Attributes

The site is vacant and the site building is centrally located on the site. The ground surface was covered with grass/weeds. The site is accessed via E. Winona Avenue. Monitoring wells MW-7A and MW-7B, on the northeast portion of the site, were sampled as part of this Phase II. Former Use: Site is vacant and developed with three, 2-story brick buildings and a brick warehouse building. In January 1926, Gatke Corporation purchased the Property and began making friction products, bearing products, and sheet packing, until operations ceased in 1993.
