Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 0.28 acres of land developed with an approximately 2,062 square-foot, one-story medical office building. The remainder of the Property was developed with landscaped areas or paved driveway and parking areas. A parking lot adjoins the Property to the north with residential developments located further north. A vacant lot adjoins the Property to the east with residential developments further east. Vine Street borders the Property to the south with a parking lot and commercial developments further south. North Main Street borders the Property to the west with a commercial building and residential developments located further west. The Property is serviced by Duke Energy for electrical service, Indiana Gas Company for natural gas and the City of New Castle for municipal water as well as sanitary and storm water sewer services. Storm water in the area infiltrates into the ground surface or flows overland to adjoining roadways.

Former Use: 1940 - 1959 Property: The Property was developed as residential dwelling. Surrounding Area: Surrounding areas appeared to consist primarily of residential developments to the north, east and west and commercial developments to south. Details regarding the use of the surrounding commercial developments could not be determined based on the aerial photographs. 1976 - 1979 Property: The Property was developed as parking lot. Surrounding Area: Surrounding areas appeared similar to previous aerial photographs. 1983 - 2016 Property: The Property was developed as an office building and a driveway. Surrounding Area: Surrounding areas appeared similar to previous aerial photographs.
