Additional Property Attributes

The site was unimproved grassy land or farmland from at least 1906 to 1937. There appeared to be a very small structure in the central portion of the site from at least 1949 to 1956, possibly an outbuilding or vehicle/trailer associated with westerly adjoining 1455 Eureka Road. From 1963 until late November 2018, the site was owned by the Groat family and was a grassy and/or gravel-covered vehicle storage area, typically for the storage of towed vehicles.
