Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is bordered by residential properties to the north and the east residential and wooded property to the west and railroad property to the south. The property nearly bisected by a small stream and has some area within the regulatory floodplain zone. A portion of the property to the south and east was formerly occupied by a Drexel Furniture Factory which has been demolished and removed from the property. The remainder of the property was wooded, but had been timbered in recent years. Former Use: The portion of the property that housed the furniture factory was largely covered in debris from the demolition of the factory and asphalt parking area. This portion of the parcel had a considerable amount of wood, brick and concrete debris left on it from the demolition process.
