An ASTM/Ohio VAP standard phase 1 was performed on behalf of the property developer. One REC/IA was identified: former floor drain discharging to adjacent creek; an asbestos survey was also performed; the developer demolished the onsite building and is preparing the property for commercial use

Former Use: The property was developed for commerical use from at least 1950; a lack of available information does not allow for a detailed use history however city directory findings indicate retail, commercial and office use; Property ownership records indicate all private individuals from 1946 until August 2017 when Tax Redevelopment LLC purchased the property
