Additional Property Attributes

An ASTM/Ohio VAP standard Phase 1 assessment identified 2 RECs/IAs: 1-former gas station 2-off-site dry cleaner; a geophysical survey was also performed to determine size and location of USTs as well as an asbestos survey - 4 USTs were found onsite; limited phase 2 sampling indicate a release of petroleum based contaminants TPH-GRO, MTBE and benzene; the Trumbull Co Land Bank applied to the state Abandoned Gas Station program in Oct 2018 for additional assessment and cleanup activities

Former Use: first commercial/industrial use of the Property was documented from about 1970, when it was developed as a gas station until 2006; The property went through foreclosure and is owned by the Trumbull Co Land Bank; previous owners include corporate and individual owners with the most recent Center Street Builders Inc from 2007-2017
