Additional Property Attributes

A limited Phase 2 investigation was performed to identify and delineate contamination related to a single REC/IA - former 250-gallon AST and 55-gallon drum of unknown content; other IA/RECS are are present at the site but were related to former gas station operations and previously assessed; the area investigated along with the remainder of the site will be remediated under the state Abandoned Gas Station Cleanup Program. Soil samples were analyzed for lead and PAH - results indicate lead in soil was present below residential standards with the exception of one sample location which met residential but met commercial; PAHs were either non detected above laboratory limits or below respective residential standards; all results were compared to the state voluntary program cleanup standards

Former Use: Site previously operated as a gasoline retail and automotive service station for approximately 70 years, but has been vacant since 2013
