Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is currently made up of eight vacant Tracts of land, generally bound by Collier Lane to the north, Hiatt Street to the east, East Cypress Avenue to the south, and a railroad right-of-way to the west. The property has been exclusively vacant parcels since at least 2004. Prior to 2004 the Tracts were used for various commercial and residential uses. International Paper purchased the Tracts as a buffer zone around the main IP plant. The Tracts were sold to Toda One, LLC in 2017. Tract 1 (historically 405 East Cypress Avenue, 314 North Liberty Street, 318 North Liberty Street, 319 North Liberty Street, 322 North Liberty Street, 317 Center Street, and 321 Center Street), Tract 2 (historically 513 East Cypress Avenue and 201 Center Street), Tract 3 (historically 602 Collier Lane and 330 Center Street), Tract 4 (historically 302 Center Street), Tract 5 (historically 623 East Cypress Avenue), Tract 6 (historically 634 Collier Lane), Tract 7 (historically 639 and 643 East Cypress Avenue), and Tract 8 (655 East Cypress Avenue).
