Additional Property Attributes

Ricker Oil Company acquired the property in 2014 and closed the Swifty Service Station that had operated at the site for several decades. Rickers Oil never sold or dispensed petroleum products at the Site. All structures have been razed and the former UST system has been removed. NFA issued in July 2015. All UST related cleanup activities completed prior to the USEPA grant period. However, additional assessment is necessary to confirm that the historically imported onsite fill material is not environmentally impacted. Former Use: 4.64 acre (4 total parcels) former gas station property, currently vacant. Ricker Oil Company acquired the property in 2014 and closed the Swifty Service Station that had operated at the site for several decades. Rickers Oil never sold or dispensed petroleum products at the Site. USTs removed in 2014 and an NFA was issued in July 2015. Historical (between 1956 and 1965) fill imported onsite should be evaluated for the presence of environmental impacts.
