Additional Property Attributes

Currently the building is subdivided into three spaces, the 3302 space (west end) is occupied by an electrical contractor, the 3312 space (middle) is occupied by a church and thrift shop, and the 3332 space (east end) is occupied by another thrift shop. Former Use: The Site includes the property addresses 3302, 3312, and 3332 English Avenue. There is one building on the property, which is approximately 46,370 square feet in size. The property State parcel identification number is 49-10-08-143-006.000-101. Historical review indicates that the Site has been used for industrial purposes since at least 1947. Mission Orange Bottling Co was listed as the occupant in 1947. In the 1950s through the 1960s P.R. Mallory & Company, Plant No. 3 was listed as the occupant. They historically manufactured batteries and capacitors but specifics of this plant are unknown. AERO Components, Inc was listed as the occupant in 1970 and manufactured aircraft parts. From 1980 to 1991, Seal Products, Inc occupied the Site and operated a distribution facility for hydraulic hoses, cylinders and seals. The Site was listed as unoccupied in 2001.
