Additional Property Attributes

The Phase II ESA found no exceedances of TPH, BTEX, or any metals in the soil or groundwater at the property. Nitrate exceeded CDPHE Groundwater Human Health Standards but is not considered a COC for groundwater at the site due to agricultural uses.

Former Use: The site is currently used for agriculture. Parcel 8832000001 is zoned E - Employment and parcel 8833000001 is zoned I � Industrial. Anheuser-Busch has owned both parcels since May 1984. A dry oil and gas well was drilled and abandoned in the northwest portion of the property in 1973.
