Former Use: The Site consisted of approximately 0.57 acres of land and was located at 320 East 28th Street. The Site consisted of a vacant building formerly used as an automotive repair shop located in the northwestern corner, a storage area for vehicles and drums enclosed by a chain-link fence along the northern boundary, and vacant land in the southern portion.
