Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: One (1) concrete block, slab on grade, commercial building is located on the Subject Property which is utilized for auto sales. The garage portion of the building is used for auto detailing. The building is approximately 6,900 square feet in size and is comprised of office space and a garage for vehicle maintenance. The building is currently occupied by Rallye Motors. Based on the information reviewed by Environmental Design Group the Subject Property was vacant prior to the 1960s. A building was constructed on the eastern portion of the Subject Property in 1961. The Subject Property was utilized as the Cincinnati Brewing Co and the Delatron Brewing Co from the 1940s through 1954. The Subject Property was owned by Jackson Box Co from 1954 until 1963. From 1963 until 1993 the Subject Property was occupied as an oxygen warehouse and was owned by Burdett Oxygen Co/Burdox, Inc./AGA Gas Inc. Rallye Motors has occupied the site since approximately 1992.
