Former Use: The Subject Site is comprised of a 0.67-acre tract of land located on the western portion of one rectangular shaped parent 2.38-acre parcel, located at 101 S. Front Street which also included the adjacent Hilton Garden Inn . According to the Dougherty County Tax Assessor database, the site houses a former mule barn / automotive repair shop, originally built in 1923.
