Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Subject Property parcel was historically used for auto mechanic, and wrecking yard purposes. Due diligence facilitated owner's ability to expand. Potential ACM and LBP were identified in Site building materials during the Phase I ESA, but to date, no sampling has occurred; thus, no impacted media have been identified. Phase I ESA due diligence allowed SCOEDD to facilitate a loan valued at approximately $30,000, which was used for facility upgrades.
