Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Subject Property at 90437 Mill Lane in Paisley, Oregon is located on the north and west side of Mill Street (Co Hwy 2-08) and the east of 331 Road. Mill Lane runs along the southern boundary of the Subject Property. According to the Lake County Property Summary Report, the Subject Property is legally described as S.E.1/4 SEC.23 T.33S. R.18E. W.M. LAKE COUNTY, and ownership has been vested in Robert and Terri Carlon since 1997. The Subject property was formerly used as a lumber mill. The Subject Property is currently used for storage and misc. maintenance/commercial purposes. The subject buildings are rectangular-shaped structures that are oriented in various directions and are situated randomly throughout the Subject Property. The subject buildings are of wood- construction with reinforced concrete slab on grade foundations. The building exteriors are finished with painted steel and wood siding. The roofs of the subject buildings are pitched and covered with composition roofing, and steel materials. Building entry doors are metal doors in painted wood s. Windows are single-paned and wood-d. The interior walls and ceilings are comprised of shed materials including wood, steel, bated insulation. The building floors are concrete or dirt. A notice of no further action required (NFA) has been granted for the property. Reuse plans for the site were developed in a report dated February 2020.
