The Subject Property is currently occupied by Lakeview Recycled Lumber for commercial use. The subject buildings are rectangular-shaped structures that are oriented in various directions and are situated randomly throughout the Subject Property.

Former Use: The Subject Property at 1564 North 4th Street in Lakeview, Oregon is located on the north side of N 4th Street and west of N M Street. According to the site contact, the Subject Property is legally described as N.E.1/4 S.E.1/4 SEC.9 T.39S. R.20E. W.M. and N.E.1/4 S.E.1/4 SEC.9 T.39S. R.20E. W.M.. ? Based on the historical information review, the subject property was a lumber mill from the early 1960s through the early 1990s. City directories indicate that the Subject Property changed usage in 1992 becoming Woodgrain Millwork Inc., which it remained through 2010. The Subject property is currently being utilized by Lakeview Recycled Lumber.
