Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: According to records maintained by the Lucas County Auditor, both portions of the Site are forfeited land and were previously owned by Seton Realty Company. The Site is bisected into an east and west portion by Creekside Avenue. The western portion of the Site (4115 Creekside) is undeveloped and occupied by a tractor trailer and the eastern portion of the Site (4165 Creekside) is developed with an approximate 2,800 square foot abandoned brick and concrete building.
