Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 0.4 acres of land developed with an approximately 2,000 square-foot, two-story commercial/residential building with an approximately 2,100 square-foot storage building addition. The remainder of the Property was developed with paved parking and landscaped areas. The area surrounding the Property consisted of commercial and residential developments

Former Use: The Property was developed with three single-family homes at the time of the earliest historical record, 1892. The two northern homes were demolished by 1960. The Property remained residential until circa 1987 when it was occupied by a photography studio that remains on the Property. The surrounding area was primarily residential from at least the late 1800s until the 1920s. The surrounding area remained mixed use commercial/residential thereafter.
