Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: A vacant, concrete block, slab on grade, commercial building is located on the southeast side of Subject Property along Jefferson Avenue. A vacant, concrete block, slab on grade garage is located on the southwestern portion of the Subject Property which was used for auto repair and maintenance. A vacant, brick, residential house is located on the northeastern portion of the Subject Property along Jefferson Avenue. A shed is located behind the house. Other portions of the Subject Property are a parking lot. Based on the information reviewed by Environmental Design Group, the Subject Property has a long history of commercial use starting with a junk warehouse in 1937. The residential dwelling was constructed in 1946. A commercial shop was constructed on the eastern portion of the Subject Property in the 1950s. The Subject Property was listed as a parking lot in 1960, salons from 1995 through 2002, Morris Service Station in 2002, and as Morris Auto Sales from 2008 to present. The fire department nor BUSTR had any records of USTs on the Subject Property.
