Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property consists of three (3) irregularly-shaped parcels of land encompassing 2.37-acres. The Property is developed with a three-story, 25,000-square foot, multi-unit commercial building. The northern portion of the building is occupied by Rochelle Swim and Fitness, which contains an indoor pool and fitness center at ground level. The southern portion of the building and second and third floors include two (2) restaurants, including Abraham�s Bar and Grille and deVine Wine bar, as well as several banquet halls and conference rooms of various sizes. A room at the southwest corner of the Property contains Priscilla�s Parlor, an antique store. History includes undeveloped agricultural land until the 1970s when a banquet and conference center was developed. The Property is currently owned by Ogle County Civic Center Authority.
