Former Use: The Subject Property is a community garden and park with an area of approximately 4,500 square feet and is bounded by East Hagert Street followed by residential buildings to the east, single-story storage units to the south and west, and a residential building and the Hagert Street Playground to the north. The rectangular-shaped Subject Property is identified as Philadelphia Office of Property Assessment (OPA) Account Numbers 313192200, 313192301, 313192401, and 313192501. As identified in the OPA accounts for the parcels, the Redevelopment Authority of Philadelphia, the current owner of the Subject Property, acquired the property in 1999. The Subject Property was historically residential until 2000 and appears to have remained vacant until 2006 when it was converted into a community garden and park.
