Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Beginning in 1886 the site was used as a hotel and subsequent retail establishments including a grocery store and hardware store. A Chinese Laundry facility was operated from 1903 to 1909 and a livery from 1909 to 1914. Other site uses included a movie theater, various clubs/restaurants, a bowling alley, and a catering business. The site is being redeveloped into a brewery, restaurant and event center with four apartments.
