the property was the subject of a LUST investigation which was approved for case closure by the WDNR on 10/01/2019. No other sources of contamination were identified as a result of the Phase II ESA.

Former Use: Part of larger campus used historically by the Horlick Malted Milk Company. Property was later used as a private garage, hydraulics machine shop and for automotive painting. Besides, Horlick Malted Milk Company, it was owned and/or operated by Racine Hydraulic Machine, R& B Grinding, Complex Services, Inc., GJ and AM Properties, LLC and Preferred Recovery and Towing.
