Additional Property Attributes

The 0.30-acre Property consists of three adjacent 0.10-acre tax parcels (MSB Parcel IDs 15450, 12098 and 53283 for 160, 170, and 180 East Swanson Avenue, respectively). The Property is located in a primarily commercial section of the City of Wasilla.

Former Use: The Property is currently used by its owner as a used car sales lot and has been used for these operations since approximately 2005. The 160 East Swanson Avenue parcel is occupied by a small (320 square-foot) office building, a small storage shed and a CONEX storage container. The office building was constructed in 2005. A gravel-surfaced parking area covers most of the remainder of the Property, and at the time of the site reconnaissance visits, there were numerous used vehicles parked on the Property. Prior to construction of the office building and use of the Property as a used car sales lot, the Property was vacant, undeveloped land.
