Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was originally developed before 1928 with residential structures. By the late 1960, an auto repair, paint and body shop occupied a portion of the site and expanded to include the entire site by the early 1980s, The proposed reuse is residential. After the Phase I was complete, the owner wanted to sell the property without any additional sampling. The prospective purchaser did not want to buy it without sampling it first so the deal fell through.
