Additional Property Attributes

The property has been sold to Dollar General by the City of Jamestown and is the site of a new Dollar General Convenience Store. The convenience store construction was completed in November, 2020. The reuse project has taken multiple vacant lots and homes, and repurposed them to a much needed convenience store for the surrounding population. Prior to the construction of the new convenience store, locals were forced to commute an average of two miles to the next closest grocery store. The Dollar General is expected to directly benefit the nearby neighborhoods, most of which do not have access to vehicles.
