Additional Property Attributes

REC-1: Former Automotive Center Petroleum Product and Hazardous Material Storage and Potential Release The former automotive center located on the north portion of the Site is considered a REC based on the previous management of petroleum products and hazardous materials, including USTs (gasoline, heating oil, used oil and new oil) and an AST (fuel oil), in addition to the storage and management of petroleum products and hazardous substances commonly associated with vehicle maintenance activities. Potential COCs include VOCs, PAHs, metals and TPH. REC-2: Former Underground Storage Tanks Based on information provided by the Client, former USTs containing fuel oil were located by the former automotive center (included in REC-1), by the small storage building located west of the north end of the Sear building, and by the dock of the former Sear?s building. These former USTs are considered RECs and potential COCs include VOCs, PAHs, and TPH.

Former Use: The Site is unoccupied and is developed with an approximate 200,000 square foot former department store building with an approximate 27,000 square foot former automotive center.
