Former Use: The Property is currently used by Les Schwab to store tires for their Tire Center located on the east side of Ash Street at 2601 Simpson Avenue. Les Schwab has occupied the Property since 1988. According to Sanborn maps, the Property contained a dwelling and an auto repair facility in 1948 which appears to have been removed prior to 1989.
