Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of tax parcels 018602100102, totaling 0.09� acres with Fry Creek located along the western Property boundary. The Property is zoned as General Commercial and is bisected by an overhead electrical distribution line. The Site is owned by Les Schwab Profit Sharing and is presently used to store tires for the Les Schwab Tire Center located on the east side of Ash Street at 2601 Simpson Avenue. The Property is paved with asphalt and enclosed by a chain link fence. The Property is in a mixed commercial and residential use neighborhood. Former Use: The Property is currently used by Les Schwab to store tires for their Tire Center located on the east side of Ash Street at 2601 Simpson Avenue. Les Schwab has occupied the Property since 1988. According to Sanborn maps, the Property contained a dwelling and an auto repair facility in 1948 which appears to have been removed prior to 1989.
