Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Readily available historical information reviewed as part of the Phase I ESA indicated the Property had been developed with single-family residences by the early 1900s. The East University Avenue parcels and Church Street parcel had transitioned to commercial uses by the mid-1920s and early 1990s, respectively. Historical commercial uses included florist, hairstyling, post office, printing, restaurant, retail and office operations. Pre-development uses included a restaurant, residential and office activities and vacant properties.
