Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was originally developed with a sawmill in the late-1800s, and with an electrical company building, a creamery, butter tub house, a laundry building, and a residence throughout the early- to mid-1900s. The site was used more recently by Dexter Automotive Products (1970s), Dapco Industries (late-1970s and 1980s), and Klapperich Welding (1980s to 2010s). The site is currently vacant, but was most recently developed with a 35,746-square-foot, manufacturing building, asphalt and concrete parking areas, and landscaped areas. The building was recently demolished, and the concrete floors and foundations and concrete and asphalt pavements remain in place.
