Former Use: The Subject Property is known as the Lucas Property and it is 47.11 acres. The property is located at NE/4 Section six (6),Township twenty-eight (28) North, Range one (1) West of Indian Meridian, Kay County, Oklahoma. The Subject Property is 1.6 miles north of Braman, Oklahoma on US-177 N. The property can be accessed south off US-177 in Kay County. Approximately 1,000 feet of the SouthWind Casino drive-way is located on the property. Approximately 840 ft of the SouthWind Casino parking lot is also located on the property. Both the SouthWind Casino parking lot and drive-way are paved concrete. The property is currently undeveloped, with the exceptions of the SouthWind parking lot and drive-way. Along the east boundary of the property is a creek named "Dry Creek". Located on the northeast side of the property, near Dry Creek, there is a large pile of concrete. There is another small pile of concrete located on the west side of the property. A large man made pond is located on the south end of the property. The surrounding properties are the SouthWind Casino, the Kanza Travel Plaza, and residential and undeveloped pasture land. There have been no previous developments on the Subject Property, with the exception of a portion of the SouthWind Casino parking lot and drive-way. The SouthWind Casino parking lot and the drive-way were developed in 2014 according to google earth imaginary. HISTORY OF TITLE: WARRANTY DEED dated June 16, 2011 Oren L. Lucas and Verona M. Lucas , husband and wife to Kaw Nation QUIT- CLAIM DEED dated January 6, 1987 Lavetta K. Williams and John R. Williams, her husband and Charles H. Lucas and Linna Glynn Lucas, his wife of Kay County, State of Oklahoma, of the first part, and Oren L. Lucas, of the second part. There was a data gap in the title history search. ITEC staff was unable to research the Subject Property back to the original ownership.
