Additional Property Attributes

A portion of the 14 acre property has historically been used in tungsten carbide powder and parts manufacturing. That portion of the property is currently used in that manner. A portion of the southern Site may have been strip mined in the 1970s and/or the 1980s. While strip mining may be a concern for building construction or land-use, it does not fit the ASTM definition of a REC because hazardous wastes and petroleum products are not typically associated with strip mines. The assessment has revealed no evidence of RECs in connection with the property.

Former Use: The property has historically been used in the production of tungsten carbide powder and parts manufacturing. The property was acquired from an industrial park developer in three phases.
