Additional Property Attributes

A Phase II, supplemental Phase II and 2nd supplemental Phase II have been conducted, the plume of contamination within the site has been delineated and the plume extends past the site boundaries. Institutional/Engineering controls are recommended as well as a soil management plan for any future redevelopment/repurpose use.

Former Use: The site was historically used for numerous automotive type services that also included the storage of petroleum tanks.
