Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property consists of two parcels situated along Main Street in downtown West Bend, Wisconsin. The Property extends from southern-most parcel at the northeast corner of the West Washington Street (State Highway 33) and North Main Street (State Highway 144) at 415 North Main Street, extends northwards to include a second parcel containing the now-former/vacant Franklin Street, and continues northwards containing multiple, contiguous businesses and garages with street addresses 445 - 485 North Main Street. Together, the two parcels create the approximately 2.7 acre �Property� referenced in this report. The Property is bordered by commercial properties to the south, north and west, and the Milwaukee River and public Riverfront Parkway trail to the east (City of West Bend, 2015). In the original eligibility determination submittal, the submittal included the following site names and parcel identification numbers: Former West Bend Brewing (11191140702), Vacated Franklin Street (11191140702A), and Former West Bend Mobil Car Wash (11191140703). Since this submittal, the vacated Franklin Street previously owned by the City of West Bend, has been reconfigured and portions of this property has been distributed to the parcels north and south of the former street (Former West Bend Brewing and Former West Bend Mobil Car Wash). After the parcel reconfiguration, the parcel identification numbers were reassigned to 2911119114-0032 and 2911119114-0031, respectively. Given the altered parcels, the new Property name is "Former West Bend Brewing".
