Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: This property is one of eight contiguous ?sites? situated on the east side of Main Street and adjacent to the Milwaukee River in downtown West Bend, Wisconsin. The Property is bordered by commercial properties to the south, north and west, and the Milwaukee River to the east. The Property and surrounding properties are industrially, conservancy, mixed use, and commercially zoned. The Property is currently the State Highway 33 right-of-way. Uses of the site varied from painting, tanning, meat processing, slaughter house, printing, publishing, millwork, and machining.
