Additional Property Attributes

No target analytes were reported at concentrations exceeding Part 201 generic cleanup criteria in soil or groundwater samples collected on the Property. Therefore, the Property is not considered a �facility� as defined by Part 201 of the Michigan Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act (NREPA), PA 451 of 1994, as amended.

Former Use: The Property consists of approximately 1.1 acres of land developed with an approximately 1,500 square-foot, 1.5-story residence, a barn, a storage shed, an above ground storage tank (AST), and a walk-up restaurant and ice cream shop identified as Curly Cone. The remainder of the Property consists of grass and tree-covered land. The area north and east of the Property is comprised of vacant wooded land, commercial businesses, and a residence. The area south of the Property is developed primarily for residential uses. Wooded land and Millington Creek adjoin the Property to the west.
