Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of approximately 6 acres of land covered with grass, asphalt, concrete, and gravel. The area surrounding the Property is developed with a mix of commercial, industrial, and residential properties. The approximate coordinates of the Property are 39�13'34.54" north latitude and 84�27'06.16" west longitude. The Property gently slopes down to the southeast toward Shepherd Avenue and Wyoming Avenue. The approximate elevation ranges from 565 to 585 feet above mean sea level.

Former Use: The Property in its current state includes grassy areas. A concrete slab is present on the northern portion of the Property where Heritage previously operated, and surrounding the concrete pad is ground that is covered in gravel, degraded asphalt or shingles. A chain-link fence is present along portions of the Property boundary though the majority of the Property. The boundary bordering Shepherd Avenue is not fenced.
