Former Use: The Subject Property was owned by CRBW Properties, LLC during the Phase I Assessment and is occupied by Banner Factory Direct (mattress manufacturer), Baden Roofing, Toledo Bag (dba Buying All Goods) and Glass City Furniture. The site was developed as a machine shop beginning in 1895 and those operations were expanded and continued until at least 1956. Beginning in the early 1960s, the Subject Property was occupied by various businesses including Denbro Plastics, Diecasters Equipment, Litho Plate Services, Richland Carpet, American Brass Diecasting and M&L Metal Engraving. According to the current owner of the Subject Property, the property was purchased by Banner Mattress in approximately 1975 and used for mattress manufacturing, warehouse space and sublet tenant space until the present time.
