Additional Property Attributes

Building constructed in 1965. No ACM/LBP per survey. Kerosene tank and dispenser at adjacent Halifax Exxon is partially on subject property. Three upgradient sites had LUSTs and are considered RECs (two petroleum; one dry cleaner). All sites have reached closure with VDEQ. Release at adjacent Halifax Exxon in 2003; received closure in 2010. Monitoring well on subject property above GPSs at last sampling in 2003. Former Use: Hotel on subject property prior to 1917. Macy Motor Company in 1950s. Halifax Esso prior to purchase by Halifax Tire Co. in 1965. Tire business closed in 2016. Building vacant since closure.
