The site was used as a gasoline filling station and auto service station from an undetermined date until approximately 1976. From 1976 to 2010, the site was used as a hair salon. The site is currently vacant. The Phase I ESA identified the following RECs � The presence of a potentially contaminated soil stockpile on the northern portion of the Site; � The presence of a 55-gallon drum with a �hazardous waste� label located in the northern portion of the Site; � The observation and management of petroleum-contaminated water at the Site in 2013; and � The usage of the Site from at least 1943 through 1964 as an automotive repair facility.
