Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA indicated that the property was a gas station. THe property contained underground storage tanks. All three tanks were removed from the ground prior to entering the TCEQ brownfields program. A GPR survey was conducted to confirm the presence of the tanks and the site was closed. The property is planned to be used for redevelopment in the MLK cooridor.
