Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of an approximately 0.66-acre vacant lot owned by William and Bonnie Sell. The Property has been vacant since at least the 1920s. The Property is zoned as Single Family Residential per the City of Aberdeen Zoning Map. Residential properties adjoin the Property to the north and east, railroad tracks are located south of the Property beyond a narrow strip (approximately 80 feet) of vacant land. Fry Creek is located along the western Property border and a grocery store/bargain outlet. Vacant land is present south of the Property across the railroad tracks. Industrial properties are located approximately 200 feet southwest of the Property across the railroad tracks and Fry Creek. Former Use: The Property consists of an approximately 0.66-acre vacant lot owned by William and Bonnie Sell. The Property has been vacant since at least the 1920s.
