Former Use: The ACRES site consists of one parcel identified by the Marion County Property Appraiser?s Office as parcel number 2840-001-007, which is located at 803 NW 4th Street in Marion County, Ocala, Florida. The site is approximately 0.30-acres (13,068 square feet (sf)) in size and is improved with two residential structures (one of which is a converted historical grocery store), paved parking and utilities. The site was observed as one parcel developed with paved parking, utilities, one residential structure and a two-story structure that was formerly a grocery store on the first floor and a residential apartment on the second floor identified as 803 NW 4th Street. Both buildings were observed to be vacant. No RECs were observed during the site reconnaissance. Based on a review of available historical information, the site appears to have been undeveloped land from at least 1895 through the early 1920?s when the site was developed with what appears to be the grocery store building. The site remained relatively unchanged until the early 1950s when a residential building was developed on the northwest corner of the site. The site has remained relatively unchanged through present day.
